Photographer Mark Flagler lives in Celbridge, Co. Kildare and has spent countless hours capturing photos of Castletown. Mark is a regular visitor to the parklands and enjoys the tranquil walks throughout the estate usually with camera in hand. This calendar highlights Mark’s favorite photographs captured over the past few years.

Castletown House and Parklands in Celbridge, Co. Kildare has a beautiful network of paths that wander through woodlands and meadows, along waterways and ponds, taking in a range of man-made accents including a classical temple, gothic lodge, bath house and icehouse. Castletown House is set amongst the beautiful eighteenth-century parklands on the banks of the River Liffey. Built in 1722, Castletown House was Ireland’s first and largest Palladian Style House and formed the centrepiece of a 550-acre estate.
