Flagler Films was hired by Celbridge Community Council to produce a promotional video highlighting the 2019 St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Celbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Mark Flagler was hired to film the event in 2019. But due to COVID-19 this year’s parade was cancelled.
