International Appalachian Trail of Ireland

The International Appalachian Trail of Ireland video highlights the world famous trail that crosses the island of Ireland.

The route begins along the Atlantic Ocean in the Republic of Ireland and crosses County Donegal into Northern Ireland and finishing on the shores of the Irish Sea.The route travels approximately 453km / 282 miles across the island.

Highlights include: Slieve League, Bluestack Mountains, Ulster American Folk Park, Sperrin Mountains, Mussenden Temple, Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and Glens of Antrim.
