Walking the Camino Trip

Come join experienced long-distance hiker and Camino Frances walker Mark Flagler on this trip of a lifetime! This exciting nine day trip introduces you to the most famous walking route in the world.

The entire French Way of the Camino de Santiago route begins at the French boarder and travels 800km across Spain. We will spend 6 days walking the final 116km / 72 miles of the French Way. The walk begins in Sarria, Spain and finishes at Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

Mark will meet you at the airport in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. After everyone arrives we will take a private shuttle to Sarria, Spain where we will begin our trekking. We will stay at hotels, pensions and hostels during the trip. The en-suite accommodation all have excellent traveler ratings, located close to the route and in the heart of the towns. Each morning we leave the town by 9am and slowly walk along the route, stopping by the many historical landmarks, old churches, scenic viewpoints, picturesque villages and cafes along the Camino. This itinerary provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience of walking the French Way.

We will be walking for six days in a row so arriving in good physical shape/condition is recommended. Arriving in good fitness will limit sore bodies and lower the risk of injuries. Mark can provide a good Camino training programme and/or offer some advice to help you better prepare for this trip.
